1. Who we are and what we offer
LuxeFlow(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a concierge mobile IV therapy service in Arizona. Our registered nurses provide hydration, vitamin, metabolic, and related wellness services at client-selected locations within our published service area. Treatments are administered under physician oversight following a clinical intake and consent process.
2. Medical care is not a warranty of outcome
Our services are wellness- and recovery-oriented. They are not a substitute for primary medical care, emergency care, or treatment of specific diseases. We do not guarantee any particular result, energy level, symptom relief, or weight change. Individual results vary.
3. Eligibility and clinical screening
- Clients must be at least 18 years old unless a parent or legal guardian is present and provides consent.
- You must truthfully complete our intake form and disclose medical history, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status.
- Our nurse or supervising physician may decline, modify, or stop a treatment at any time based on clinical judgment, including for safety, contraindications, or incomplete disclosure.
4. Informed consent
Before any IV treatment you will review and sign our standard consent forms, which describe the benefits, common side effects (bruising, mild discomfort, vasovagal response), and rare but serious risks of IV therapy. You may withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment.
5. Appointments, arrival windows, and travel
Because we travel to you, appointments depend on routing, traffic, and prior visits. We hold a generous arrival window and will communicate as accurately as we can. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions make safe or timely delivery impossible (weather, accidents, staff illness).
6. Pricing, payment, and taxes
- Prices shown on luxeflowiv.com/pricing apply at the time of booking.
- Payment is collected at booking through our payment processor, Stripe. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis as described at enrollment.
- Applicable Arizona taxes or transaction fees, if any, are added at checkout.
- We are not in-network with any insurance and do not submit claims on your behalf. You may request an itemized receipt for potential reimbursement, but coverage is not guaranteed.
7. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds
- Cancel or reschedule at least four hours before your appointment for a full refund or re-book at no cost.
- Cancellations inside four hours may be charged up to the full service amount to cover the allocated slot and staff time.
- If our team cannot complete the treatment due to our error, you will not be charged.
- Refund requests should be emailed to hello@luxeflowiv.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically until canceled. Unused monthly credits roll forward according to the tier’s published rules. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing and the membership continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
9. Your responsibilities at the visit
- Provide a safe, reasonably clean, and accessible service location.
- Keep pets secured away from the treatment area for the duration of the visit.
- Do not attempt to manipulate your own IV, remove the catheter, or alter the infusion rate.
- Refrain from driving immediately following certain treatments when advised by your nurse.
- Treat our staff with respect. We may end a visit and leave if we believe our safety is at risk.
10. Reviews you submit
When you submit a review via a magic link we send, you grant LuxeFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and excerpt the review on our website and in promotional materials, attributed only to the first name + last initial you provide. Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly.
11. Intellectual property
The LuxeFlow name, logo, drip names, and site design are our intellectual property. You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement or that could confuse a reasonable person about the source of a product or service.
12. Prohibited uses of the website
- Do not scrape, spider, or mass-download the site except in accordance with robots.txt.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our security controls.
- Do not impersonate another person or book services on their behalf without authorization.
13. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, LuxeFlow and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, the booking platform, or any treatment delivered, beyond the amount you paid for the specific treatment at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LuxeFlow harmless from claims arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your failure to disclose relevant medical information, or (c) misuse of the website or services.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Arizona law without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted here and, for active clients, communicated by email.
