Everything we get asked about concierge IV therapy, before and after the first visit. If your question is not here, email us.
LuxeFlow treatments range from $149 for a basic hydration drip (The Essential, 30 minutes) to $329 and above for advanced blends with NAD+ or glutathione push. The most common bookings — The Revive, The Immunity, The Recovery, The Hangover — fall between $179 and $229. Prices are flat: no travel surcharge, no after-hours fee, no Paradise Valley or North Scottsdale add-on.
Mobile IV therapy is as safe as any clinic-based infusion when administered by a licensed nurse working under physician oversight. Every LuxeFlow nurse is registered in Arizona, carries malpractice coverage, and screens for contraindications at intake. We follow the same sharps-handling, universal-precaution, and medical-waste protocols that apply in a hospital setting. People with congestive heart failure, severe kidney disease, or on diuretics or lithium should coordinate with their physician before booking.
Most signature drips take between 30 and 50 minutes depending on the formula. Hydration-focused treatments like The Essential run about 30 minutes. Performance, Recovery, and Hangover drips typically take 45 to 50 minutes. NAD+ infusions are longer — 90 minutes to three hours depending on dose — because NAD+ has to drip slowly to avoid discomfort.
No prescription is required from an outside provider. IV therapy at LuxeFlow is administered under the supervision of our medical director, who authorizes the protocols our nurses deliver. Clients complete a brief health questionnaire at booking, and the nurse performs a clinical intake in person before starting any infusion.
No. Wellness and recovery IV therapy is not covered by health insurance in the United States, and we do not bill insurance. Payment is collected at booking. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted for specific medically-indicated protocols; contact us to confirm eligibility for your treatment.
Hydration effects are noticeable within 10 to 15 minutes of the infusion starting. B-vitamin and energy effects typically land within 30 to 60 minutes. For hangover recovery, most clients feel the headache lift within 10 to 20 minutes and nausea clear within the first 30 minutes. NAD+ and other longevity infusions work on longer arcs — the cognitive and energy benefits are most pronounced 24 to 72 hours after the infusion.
Same-day availability is usually possible, especially on weekdays and weekend afternoons. Saturday and Sunday mornings — the busiest window — can fill in advance during wedding and tournament seasons. Booking at least a few hours ahead is always safer, and we hold weekend-morning capacity specifically for time-sensitive requests.
A hydration IV replaces fluids, electrolytes, and baseline vitamins. A proper hangover IV adds two critical ingredients: an anti-nausea medication (typically Zofran) and an anti-inflammatory (typically Toradol). These are the components that actually resolve hangover symptoms rather than just rehydrating you. Any drip marketed as a "hangover IV" without those push medications is really just a hydration bag with a different label.
NAD+ is meaningful for the right client, not for everyone. It works best for adults over 45, executives dealing with chronic cognitive load, and athletes running recovery-heavy protocols. A full course is typically 4 to 6 infusions over 2 to 4 weeks ($349 to $599 per session depending on dose), with maintenance every 4 to 8 weeks. Single one-off NAD+ infusions are useful but produce less dramatic effects than a series.
LuxeFlow serves the entire Phoenix metro area including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree. All of Maricopa County is within our standard service area. No travel surcharge applies anywhere in the service zone.
Every LuxeFlow visit is performed by an Arizona-licensed registered nurse (RN). Our nurses carry their own malpractice coverage, have IV experience in clinical settings before joining the mobile service, and work under continuous oversight from our medical director. You will not be treated by a technician or assistant.
Eat something light within a few hours of your appointment, stay reasonably hydrated beforehand, and wear short sleeves or a top that gives easy access to your arms. If you have had trouble with IV placement in the past, mention it at booking so we can assign a nurse with extra experience and bring a vein-finding tool if useful.
Yes. Most drips can be customized with add-on pushes of B12, glutathione, biotin, Toradol, or Zofran. Add-on pricing is disclosed at booking, typically $40 to $75 per push. A nurse can also recommend additions during the intake if your goals for the session would benefit from a different formula.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our Stripe-powered checkout. Payment is processed at booking, not at the appointment. For recurring clients, the Preferred Client membership bills monthly and applies credit toward each treatment automatically.
